Old School House Delray Beach

I was supposed to meet the palm Beach Watercolor Society for a "paint-out" but I got up too late and missed the group.  I went into the town of Delray on my own and found some excellent spots to draw and paint.  Delray is about 20 minutes from Palm Beach so I will be going back there I'm sure.  This was a very old school house building I found and I was interested in sketching it because no one was around and I am a little rusty.  I did it as quickly as I could and it shows.  I completed it in about 20 minutes.
