Dr Eave's Dental Office

The last sketch of the morning before picking up Bruno was an ink pen drawing of the dental office on Dorchester Street across from the Gavin School (where I went to middle school).  This is where my sister Patta works and I knew she was away on vacation and would be pleased when she saw it on Facebook.  This was done with a fountain pen with soluble black ink and a water pen which allows the quick addition of larger dark areas like trees and shadows.  I tried to concentrate on the many different eaves of the building as a play on the dentist's last name.  I had fun and yes, my sister did like the sketch and I will be happy to frame it and give it to her when I see her next week.  And Bruno looked awesome with his new puppy cut when I went to retrieve him from the groomer.
