Moving Day

I went looking for a spot to sketch for the Guess the Street game I am playing on facebook and came across this huge moving truck at the top of Telegraph and Gates.  I have sketched and painted boats enough times to know that whatever moves will eventually move and usually right in the middle of the process of drawing.  So I began by getting that shape down first and built the entire sketch around that.  Sure enough, ten minutes later a guy jumped aboard and off he went. I had to invent the back of the truck and the fellow opening the back from imagination and memory.  Got lots of guesses on fb and Jackie Toland Mullen guessed the correct location.  Off to do another this morning.
